The hotel of choice in Tulum. Very efficient service and a nice pool onsite. Attentive thoughtful staff, stunning location near many dining options. And next to the Coral tulum, the beautiful Tulum beach, and a night club.

I had a really lovely stay with the highest service at Ana Y Jose Hotel & Spa in Tulum. the room I booked had a big bed, climate control, a safe, and a multi-channel TV. the hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk to a restaurant and Mexico for a $280 dinner.

I liked everything but the price. It could have beee my fav place for 200usd/night, its dissapointing paying twice that price. There are much more options around

This place was amazing. My wife and I went here on our honeymoon following a recommendation from my brother. One week at Ana Y Jose hit the spot for me and I would highly recommend this place and the staff(who were very kind, helpful, and thoughtful).

This place is centrally located in a luxurious area and just a short walk away from the beach.

The hotel is gorgeous and the dining room with sand floors is fabulous. The hotel is beautifully designed. We had a garden view room with pool but moved as the traffic noise from the nearby street was too loud. Our ocean room view that we were upgraded to was absolutely beautiful.The staff, particularly the Italian staff, was terrific. And the breakfast which is included is delicious and service great. Quiet jazz music at dinner was very nice. Food was excellent.

Five star prices for three or four star infrastructure. We often had no water, and when we did, it was sometimes scalding hot or just cold water. Given the water shortage, I was surprised they changed the towels every day even when we requested that they don'T. When we checked out we were charged for coffee packets in the room as well as the water to make it. At $400 or $500 a night, the in-room coffee should be complimentary. Not a great way to end the stay.

Property was luxury, we really enjoyed this place.

The staff were attentive, with extra attention to the details. The location was magnificent, just a short walk away from Galeria la Llorona. There was a beach restaurant nearby.

Great location, super close to Ziggys which makes it convenient for grabbing a bite to eat. Not to mention, you're not far from the beach, the town, and cool ruins nearby. Plus, you can hop over to Mexico for a fancy dinner that costs around 280 USD 💸.

The infinity pool was a perfect spot to relax and take in the breathtaking views. The restaurant served delicious food, especially the breakfasts. The location was ideal, with easy access to the beach and walking distance to great restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a memorable vacation.
